Joined GameAddik as Chief Technology Officer, leading the architecture and engineering of ad-tech and user acquisition platforms, and later evolved into the Chief Technology & Product Officer, assuming full ownership of technology, product vision, and platform strategy. Today, I work closely with the CEO as a strategic partner, helping anticipate what's coming before it happens in our vertical. Online advertising and acquisition are undergoing a fundamental shift with the rise of AI — and many assumptions built over the last 20–25 years must now be rethought and redesigned from the ground up.

I deliberately address the impact of AI head-on within the organization. Rather than minimizing the change, I acknowledge that AI will transform roles and workflows, and I focus on helping teams adapt, evolve, and plan for what comes next. This transparent approach consistently replaces uncertainty with clarity and relief, enabling people to move forward with confidence rather than denial. My role today sits at the intersection of technology strategy, product vision, AI integration, and leadership through change, ensuring GameAddik remains ahead of the curve in a rapidly evolving ecosystem.
Acting as executive sponsor and owner of the product vision, translating years of empirical experience in player acquisition and growth into a scalable analytics platform accessible to both independent studios and large publishers. The platform is built on a core belief: when market intelligence is combined with real-time in-game data, the resulting insight is exponentially more valuable than either source alone. By connecting these data layers, the product moves from reporting metrics to explaining why things happen.

Leading the technology strategy and platform architecture behind a performance marketing and user acquisition network, focused on data-driven growth for digital products. Designed and scaled ad-tech systems covering the full acquisition lifecycle: campaign orchestration, granular measurement and attribution, KPI monitoring, and automated optimization workflows.
Built data pipelines and analytics layers capturing high-granularity campaign signals, feeding optimization algorithms and enabling real-time decision-making. Driving the evolution toward automation and AI-driven promotional creation, integrating tracking, actions, and learning loops to continuously improve performance and efficiency.
Founded and operated Groupemedia as an entrepreneurial platform through which I designed, built, and delivered end-to-end digital products and online systems across multiple industries. Over nearly 15 years, I led the full lifecycle from vision to execution, successfully designing, developing, and deploying 50+ turnkey projects, earning a strong reputation as a trusted operator who consistently delivers.
My work went beyond development into product strategy, business modeling, and execution, collaborating closely with founders and leadership teams. During this period, I contributed to multiple early-stage companies, including three startups or businesses that were later acquired, reinforcing my builder mindset and execution-focused approach. Across these years, my work naturally evolved through four major phases: foundational web systems, turnkey platforms and scalable online products, cloud-native architectures focused on performance and efficiency, and most recently AI-integrated systems designed to drive meaningful business outcomes. This progression marked a decisive shift from a pure engineering mindset to a deeply entrepreneurial approach, uniting technology, product, and business impact.
Returned to hands-on full-stack engineering to lead the modernization of an existing technology stack into a fully integrated, real-time backend and frontend platform. Designed and delivered a comprehensive system supporting private jet charter operations, including fleet management, booking workflows, dynamic pricing, route optimization, and operational simulations.
Worked across the full lifecycle — architecture, backend services, real-time interfaces, and cloud infrastructure — in a highly complex and data-driven aeronautics domain. This project stands as one of the most technically challenging and rewarding experiences of my career, reinforcing my passion for building sophisticated, end-to-end systems with real-world impact.
Designed, developed, and deployed a turnkey, real-time event management platform supporting large-scale competitive sports events in highly variable environments. The system covered the full operational lifecycle: participant registration, event and collateral RSVPs, competitive scoring systems, real-time big-screen integrations, and live data feeds for broadcast and TV dashboards.
Delivered adaptive, resilient technology stacks capable of operating both online and offline, with on-site deployments worldwide under strict time and reliability constraints. This experience deeply shaped my approach to real-time systems, operational resilience, and end-to-end platform ownership, from architecture to field deployment.
Focused on advancing front-end engineering beyond static pages by designing interactive, real-time web interfaces tightly connected to backend systems.
